In 2022, Shilpi M Bordoloi and Gayatri M Shah co-founded Springboard Talent.

 

Drawing upon their extensive expertise as senior executive search professionals, their collaboration was forged from a shared commitment to contribute their insights, informed by both professional acumen and personal experiences, to diversity leadership hiring and coaching.

With a distinguished tenure of over two decades at Egon Zehnder, Shilpi has wielded her expertise across the geographies of Asia, Europe, and the UK. During her tenure, she not only spearheaded client projects but also assumed various leadership roles, contributing significantly to the firm's success.

 

Shilpi holds a degree in B. A Mathematics (Hons.) from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi, India, and a Master's degree in Finance from the International Management Institute, New Delhi, India.

Gayatri M Shah

Gayatri M Shah

With over two decades of experience within the search industry, Gayatri has worked in UK, USA and India.


She started her search career with Egon Zehnder in India, before moving to the UK to specialise in human capital needs for Venture Capitalist-backed start-ups in the US and UK.


In tandem with Springboard Talent, she also heads up Tamarind Executive Search which focuses on leadership hiring for the pharmaceutical sector.


Gayatri graduated in Economics (Hons.) from Delhi University, India, and has a Masters degree in Economics from Lancaster University, UK.
